We understand the various challenges caregivers face, and through our ministry, we offer spiritual support, prayer, & community. Find solace and strength in our fellowship, designed to guide you through tough times. Caring for a loved one with Alzheimer’s can lead to burnout, anxiety, and frustration. However, you do not have to face these times alone: Friends of Cari offers comfort and support through meditations, prayers, uplifting playlists, and more, to help you navigate this difficult journey.

Learn About Cari Ashford
Cari Swann Ashford, a former high school teacher from Morristown, Tennessee, spent much of her abbreviated life offering prayer and spiritual encouragement to those battling chronic and life threatening illnesses. When diagnosed with leukemia in 2010, Cari took it on, as she did every other circumstance that God had allowed into her life, as her mission field. She then went to work. When cancer centers stopped supplying blankets to patients undergoing chemo sessions, Cari encouraged her church’s Women’s Ministry to purchase/create blankets for those in need. (Read More)
